I have been a karate teacher for 18 years and a practitioner of this martial art for 29 years. My passion is working with children and adolescents, especially those who face unique challenges, such as those with physical and mental disabilities, including ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) and ODD (Oppositional Defiant Disorder). I offer classes for children ages 5 and up, promoting discipline and physical and mental well-being. Through karate, I seek to instill courage and resilience, reflected in my students' achievements, which range from small leaps of confidence to complex victories, such as national championship titles. My commitment to the community goes beyond sports; I work as a coordinator at an NGO that supports 1,200 children and adolescents in low-vulnerable situations, distributing food and teaching sports activities to awaken dormant dreams. With a focus on physical, mental and spiritual well-being, I seek to inspire my students to become caring and conscious citizens, planting seeds of hope and love so that we can follow a path of overcoming and faith.
